At Kissable Kreations, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel and embroidered products made specifically for each customer. Because our products are personalized, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, embroidered, appliqué, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an error on our part.

This includes but is not limIted to:

Custom embroidered apparel

Personalized towels

Custom hats and caps

Monogrammed items

Appliqué designs

Tumblers

Items with customer-provided names, logos, or artwork

 

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with their order, including:

Spelling

Names and initials

Dates

Design selections

Thread colors

Garment sizes

Kissable Kreations is not responsible for errors approved or submitted by the customer.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping

Defective

Different from what was ordered due to our error

 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lmcfadden@kissablekreations.com.

Include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we may:

Replace the item at no additional charge

Repair the item if applicable

Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable if it is an error on our part

Original item must be returned, by customer before a replacement or refund will be issued.

 

Apparel Sizing

Please refer to the size charts provided before ordering.

Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Preference of fit

Color variations shown on different screens

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled.

 

Shipping Delays

Kissable Kreations is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers

Weather conditions

Holidays

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
